Through a Management Mandate, we facilitate the registration of your new employee with the AVS (Swiss social security), as well as the payment of salary, taxes, and all social contributions related to the work done at your home by your cleaning employee. The trust service also includes the preparation of monthly salary statements, annual salary certificates, and a report for employers.
This means you no longer have paperwork to manage, and your cleaning employee is registered and legally insured.
MénageSimple SA simply requires its clients to sign this Management Mandate as soon as possible, authorizing us to provide this trust service, which is a valuable time-saver for private household employers.
