When will my credit card be charged?

Credit card payment occurs in two stages:

Hold or pre-authorization: 5 days before your scheduled cleaning, the amount will be temporarily held on your card to ensure fund availability.
Full charge: The full amount will be charged the night following the completion of your cleaning.
