What is included in a standard cleaning service?
A standard cleaning service covers the essential cleaning tasks:
- Floors (vacuuming and/or mopping)
- Dusting surfaces
- Kitchen cleaning (worktops, sink, surfaces)
- Bathroom cleaning (sink, shower/bathtub, toilet)
- Emptying bins
You can also add extras when booking (oven cleaning, windows, inside cupboards, etc.).
For a move-in/move-out cleaning, the apartment must be empty and maintained within the past 30 days.
What if something goes wrong during the cleaning?
We do everything to make your experience smooth, but in case of any issues, here’s how we handle them:
- Feedback after each service: The day after your cleaning, you’ll receive an email to share your feedback. Your cleaner will see your comments and can adjust their work for the next visit.
- Not satisfied?
If you’d like to change your cleaner, we can easily assign another professional. - Damaged items:
If something gets broken, your cleaner will inform us so we can find a solution.
If you notice damage that wasn’t reported, contact us with photos—we’ll assess the situation and guide you. - Fragile items:
If certain items are especially delicate, simply note it in your comments or tell your cleaner directly. - Insurance:
